Yes. What you order is the genuine article from the brand that makes it, in their own packaging, and backed by us. Plenty of our brands got their start on Kickstarter or Shark Tank, or in small workshops around the world.

Most orders are on their way within 1 to 2 business days. A few items are handmade or built to order and ship in about 5 days, which you'll always see noted on the product page.

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum and no fine print. You'll see the delivery estimate for your address at checkout.

The moment your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also see live tracking under your account → Orders.

Most orders arrive within about 4 to 7 business days after they ship. Some pieces come straight from the brand's workshop, so they can take a little longer, and international orders add a few days. Your checkout estimate is specific to your address.

We offer easy 30-day returns. If it's not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund (some items and conditions may apply).

Email our team with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.

Refunds post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a couple of extra days to show it.

Yes — every product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails, we'll repair or replace it free.
