1. Overview

MaviGadget (Brandimi LLC d/b/a MaviGadget) uses artificial intelligence ("AI") tools to help run the store. This policy explains where we use them, what we never use them for, and what we expect from the brands and sellers who list products with us.

2. Where we use AI

We use AI-assisted tools to help with:

• Product listings. Drafting, editing and tidying product descriptions, titles and specifications from the information the brand or seller gives us.
• Translations. Our store is available in many languages. Most translations of product pages, collections, articles and emails are machine translations. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version is the one that applies.
• Articles and marketing copy. Drafting and editing blog articles, gift guides, emails and social media posts.
• Search and recommendations. Understanding what you search for and suggesting products you may like.
• Customer support. Helping our team sort messages and draft replies.

People on our team set how these tools are used, check their work, and correct mistakes when we find them or when you report them.

3. What we never use AI for

• Reviews. Every review on MaviGadget was written by a real customer. We never write, generate or invent reviews, ratings or testimonials, with AI or otherwise.
• Deceptive images. We do not use AI to show a product doing something it cannot do, or to change what a product looks like, how big it is, or what comes in the box.
• Prices and stock. Prices, discounts, stock levels and delivery dates come from our systems and from the brand or seller, not from AI-written text.
• Decisions about you. We do not use AI alone to decide on refunds, returns, account closures or other decisions that affect you. A person makes those decisions.

4. Rules for brands and sellers

Brands and sellers may use AI tools to help write their listings, but they are responsible for everything they submit, as set out in the Seller Agreement. In particular, they must not:

• use AI, or anything else, to create fake reviews, ratings or testimonials;
• submit AI-made images or videos that misrepresent the product, its size, its features or its contents;
• make claims about a product, its safety, certifications or performance that they cannot back up.

We may edit or remove content, and suspend listings, that break these rules.

5. If something looks wrong

AI tools make mistakes, and so do people. If a description, translation, image or answer from us looks wrong or misleading, please tell us at hello@mavigadget.com with a link to the page. We will check it and correct it.

6. Your data

When we use AI tools, we handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the tools we use change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
